Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your details are used only by Ashwini Homoeopathy for the purposes above. They are shared with third parties only where required by law, or with service providers that process them on our behalf, such as our server hosting provider and the AI service described below.
WhatsApp and Instagram messages
If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive your name or username, your WhatsApp number or Instagram ID, and the text of your message through Meta's official business messaging services. We use this only to answer your enquiry and manage your appointments.
Replies to general questions (timings, fees, services, booking) may be drafted automatically by an AI service provider, Anthropic, which processes the message text on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. Questions about your health or treatment are passed to our doctors. We keep recent messages of each conversation on our secure server so that replies follow the conversation, and we never use them for advertising.
To have your Instagram or WhatsApp messages deleted from our systems, message us "delete my data" or email drabhay.p@gmail.com, and we will delete them within 30 days, except where we must keep them as part of your medical record.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary to serve you and to meet legal or medical record-keeping requirements.
