Refund Policy
This policy explains our consultation fee and the terms under which refunds are handled.
Consultation fee
The consultation fee is ₹1,500 per consultation.
Refunds
Once an appointment is booked, the consultation fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled without prior information.
To be considered for any adjustment or rescheduling, you must inform us in advance of your scheduled appointment time (see our Cancellation Policy).
How refunds are processed
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.
